My story
I was born and raised in northern Italy, in a German-American family. I first came to Dubai in 2004 and lived here with my parents until 2008.
Even as a teenager it was obvious the city was going somewhere, and I always assumed I would come back. That happened in 2020: the pandemic stopped business across Europe, and following my father into the Dubai market was the natural move rather than a gamble.
He had spent twenty years building a portfolio of clients here. Taking that on means the standard was set before I started: say what is true, show the numbers, and stay reachable after the deal closes.
